Part‑Time Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

EdgeEdge is seeking a part‑time Social Media Manager to execute its brand strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and other active channels. Working fully remote in an async‑first environment, you will translate creative direction into platform‑native content, keep a steady publishing rhythm, and engage the community.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt engaging posts, carousel copy, short‑form video scripts and other social assets that reflect EdgeEdge’s brand voice.
• Maintain and continuously improve AI‑driven prompt workflows used for content production.
• Own the social media content calendar, schedule posts via management tools, and monitor performance metrics.
• Experiment with posting times, formats and messaging based on data insights.
• Monitor comments, direct messages and brand mentions, responding in line with brand guidelines and escalating sensitive issues.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives by tracking job applications generated through social channels and producing regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating with the Sr. Brand Design Manager.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting concise, on‑brand copy.
• Comfortable managing community interactions and handling escalation when needed.
• Proactive attitude toward staying updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
