About the role
Atlas Technica is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the procurement of IT hardware, software and licenses for both internal needs and client‑facing services. This remote position reports to the Procurement Manager and plays a hands‑on role in end‑to‑end purchasing and vendor management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the full purchasing cycle for IT products, from request to order fulfillment.
- Onboard new vendors, complete account applications and keep vendor data up to date.
- Process purchase requests, obtain vendor quotes, generate customer quotes and create purchase orders.
- Maintain supplier records, price lists and monitor order status, providing ETA updates to requesters.
- Support supplier negotiations and deal registrations with OEMs such as Dell, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper and Lenovo.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing order processing or vendor management.
- Experience sourcing IT hardware, software and licenses from distributors in the UK and US.
- Strong vendor relationship management and understanding of supply‑chain processes.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication skills.
