Procurement Manager – Fintech & Crypto

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the end‑to‑end procurement function for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform that operates thousands of kiosks worldwide. This remote position requires a strategic thinker who can build strong vendor relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and drive cost efficiency across a complex global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost‑effective procurement strategies aligned with global growth objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.
• Review and manage existing contracts, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
• Approve purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct risk assessments on potential contracts, evaluating supplier reliability and compliance.
• Control the procurement budget, track spend, and promote long‑term savings.
• Oversee IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and supply data.
• Prepare clear procurement reports with insights on spend, supplier performance, and supply‑chain health.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply‑chain operations with a record of cost savings and strong vendor relationships.
• Deep knowledge of contract preparation, review, invoicing, and negotiation.
• Analytical, organized, and able to build systematic procurement processes.
