Product Owner - AI Products

About the role

Darwin AI builds AI-powered digital workers for mid-market companies, handling tasks such as inbound qualification, outbound reactivation, satisfaction surveys, appointment scheduling and payment collection through WhatsApp. It is looking for a Product Owner to shape and execute its product strategy, define features and work with engineering, marketing and customer experience teams to deliver products aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Develop the product roadmap, prioritize features and manage the product backlog
• Work with engineering, design and other teams to deliver high-quality products
• Gather customer feedback and turn customer needs into features
• Use data and analytics to guide decisions and monitor product success
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) and ensure efficient delivery

Required profile

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment (AI, SaaS or B2B preferred)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, SaaS products and the software development lifecycle; previous experience with AI or customer-facing platforms is a plus
• Proven experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels
• Proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
