Project Manager – Payments & Financial Inclusion

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of payment solutions that support financial inclusion in Peru. You will shape the product vision, align it with company goals, and ensure a resilient, market‑ready offering.

Key responsibilities

• Define a long‑term roadmap that meets both business objectives and Peru’s financial inclusion targets.
• Identify market opportunities such as Open Finance Pix flows and one‑tap payments, and create strategies to capture them.
• Make data‑driven decisions while balancing customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch products.
• Accelerate time‑to‑market for merchants and banks with locally‑adapted product suites.
• Own product resilience, implementing testing and chaos‑engineering practices to prevent downtime.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a product‑focused role (e.g., Engineer, Lead, Product Manager).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage stakeholders.
