Quality Assurance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Auditor at BairesDev, you will evaluate internal processes and workflows to ensure they meet high standards of compliance and efficiency. This remote position offers the chance to influence operational excellence across a global, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain structured auditing frameworks, including scorecards and evaluation metrics.
• Analyze key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote continuous improvement and process integrity.
• Lead compliance‑driven initiatives to mitigate operational risks across departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or operational auditing.
• Proven ability to apply auditing methodologies and produce structured documentation.
• Hands‑on experience creating and monitoring scorecards and KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
• Experience in a compliance‑focused environment such as TA Ops.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
