Recruiter and Project Manager

About the role

TopFoxx, a fast‑growing women‑owned fashion startup, is looking for a remote Recruiter and Project Manager to lead full‑cycle hiring and support talent acquisition across the organization. You will work closely with the HR Manager, department heads, and the Project Manager to build structured hiring systems, create role scorecards, and ensure a high‑performing remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Write clear, role‑specific job descriptions aligned with TopFoxx standards.
• Post and manage job ads on global hiring platforms.
• Design and maintain structured interview processes and role scorecards.
• Conduct initial interviews focused on ownership, communication, execution, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain rapid response times with candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Continuously improve and systematize the recruiting workflow for scalability.

Required profile

• Experience as a virtual assistant or recruiter with strong marketing knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and evaluation skills.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and propose clever solutions.
