Recruiter II – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter II is responsible for ensuring staffing needs are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. Working closely with internal clients, this role supports dynamic business requirements through effective recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background checks, and references.
• Conduct initial screening, telephone, and face‑to‑face interviews with candidates.
• Provide hiring manager recommendations, negotiate competitive compensation, and facilitate offers.
• Source candidates via internet, community organizations, print media, colleges, trade associations, and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and uphold consistent standards for all applicants.
• Promote the company’s image to candidates and external partners while demonstrating high ethical standards.

Required profile

• Less than two years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high‑velocity environment.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
