Regional Sales Manager – Lima

About the role

Join Pandora’s Latin America team as a Regional Sales Manager based in Lima. You will lead sales and operations across concept stores, SIS, kiosks and multi‑brand points of sale, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving growth and protecting the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Stimulate sales growth and profitability across all channels using established tools and standards.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse results and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure visual standards, operational excellence and proper stock levels.
• Coordinate promotional activities with Marketing and oversee new store openings.
• Develop relationships with wholesale customers, franchise partners and store owners.
• Train teams on product knowledge, top sellers and inventory turnover strategies.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance management to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Track sales versus budget, manage employment costs and oversee financial performance.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in regional sales, retail and wholesale management.
• Strong background in operations, talent development and project management.
• Proven ability to analyse business results and act agilely.
• Solid financial understanding, including budget management and P&L interpretation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
