About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support a family‑law firm in its day‑to‑day operations. Working remotely, you will help attorneys and internal teams keep workflows smooth, communications timely, and documentation well‑organized.
Key responsibilities
- Manage attorneys’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, format, and organize legal documents.
- Maintain secure file storage using Dropbox or similar platforms.
- Utilize MyCase (or comparable case‑management tools) for basic case tracking and document handling.
- Handle email correspondence, follow‑ups, and communication with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
- Track deadlines and tasks to ensure timely completion of administrative deliverables.
- Support general office operations, including data entry, record keeping, and workflow coordination.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a U.S. law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience supporting legal teams is a plus.

What we offer
- Fully remote work with a schedule of 9 am – 5 pm EST.
- US Federal holidays off.
- Monthly salary ranging from USD 900 to USD 1,200.
