Remote Android Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Android Developer to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for software engineers looking for project‑based remote opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
