Remote Production Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Production Assistant to support small‑business owners in the United States by managing end‑to‑end event operations. This full‑time, remote position will empower clients through structured solutions and white‑glove service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full event pipeline: respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, send contracts, issue invoices and manage follow‑ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, venues, contractors and third‑party partners.
• Maintain calendars, inboxes, and organized documentation including contracts, proposals, quotes and invoices.
• Utilize CRM platforms and event‑management tools to track client interactions and project status.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, administration or operations (end‑to‑end, not day‑of only).
• At least 2 years of experience working with clients from the US, UK, Canada or Australia.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong administrative foundation, proactive, detail‑obsessed and comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup and ability to work scheduled remote hours consistently.
