About the role

Join BairesDev’s global technology team as a Remote Project Manager. You will partner with engineering groups to drive successful delivery of technology projects for high‑profile clients, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and report financial status.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities.
