Remote Recruiter – Healthcare Talent Sourcing (LatAm)

About the role

EZ MD Solutions is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its remote team and help connect top talent with essential healthcare services across Latin America. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for active client accounts, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates from LatAm talent pools for active client accounts.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial qualification interviews, and assess fit.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment workflow, from sourcing to shortlist and handoff.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipeline and status tracking.
• Collaborate with account stakeholders to clarify role requirements and expectations.
• Apply fair, merit‑based screening without protected‑characteristic filtering.

Required profile

• Prior experience in recruiting or talent sourcing (agency or in‑house).
• Strong English communication; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Torre, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Organized and able to handle multiple concurrent searches.
