RPA Architect – Remote

About the role

The RPA Architect will shape the automation strategy for a global enterprise, designing scalable solutions and leading the creation of a Center of Excellence. You will work remotely with a top‑tier team, driving high‑impact automation projects for leading tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑wide RPA strategies and architectural frameworks.
• Establish and lead a Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) to promote best practices.
• Define and enforce bot governance, security standards, and process‑prioritization models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high‑value automation opportunities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of scalable bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, software engineering, or RPA development.
• Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise‑wide RPA architectures.
• Hands‑on experience establishing CoEs and bot governance frameworks.
• Strong background in process design, prioritization, and automation roadmap creation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
