Sales Marketing Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Marketing Consultant to help clients maximize the value of our marketing solutions. This phone‑based role blends consultative sales, account management, and customer service to educate clients, drive product adoption, and boost retention.

Key responsibilities

• Educate clients on the full suite of marketing products and services.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and account setup.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain professionalism.
• Build strong relationships through exceptional service and identify opportunities for additional solutions.
• Promote and sell complementary products and services when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, sales goals, and customer‑satisfaction standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a client‑facing role.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with customer support tools.
