Sales Representative & Key Accounts – Peru

About the role

Springer Nature is looking for a Sales Representative & Key Accounts to manage and grow a portfolio of higher‑education institutions, language centres and other key accounts across Peru. Based in Lima, you will combine commercial expertise with educational project management to support client learning objectives and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans for assigned key accounts, identifying new business opportunities through consultative selling and market intelligence.
• Lead commercial negotiations, manage the sales pipeline in a CRM system and achieve adoption and revenue targets.
• Design and coordinate implementation of educational programmes and digital platforms, ensuring stakeholder alignment and high client satisfaction.
• Build long‑term relationships with academic and administrative decision‑makers, representing Springer Nature at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) and at least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1) and a valid driver’s licence with ability to travel nationwide.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and account management.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Experience using digital and educational technology platforms.
• Ability to analyse data, market trends and competitive information.
