About the role

Join BairesDev as a Salesforce System Administrator and ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of the company's Salesforce environment. You will be the primary point of contact for platform configuration, automation, and user management, supporting a global, remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.
• Design and implement complex automation workflows using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure data security.
• Oversee data integrity through regular audits, cleanup, and data management practices.
• Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Strong background in managing profiles, permissions, and data security.
• Hands‑on experience with data management and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
