SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Remote

About the role

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will lead the implementation and management of SAP's cloud‑based HCM suite, helping clients streamline HR operations and improve employee experience. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of top‑tier tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning and Performance Management.
• Gather business requirements, map complex HR workflows and align solutions with client needs.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through post‑go‑live support.
• Optimize reporting and performance‑management tools to deliver actionable human‑capital insights.
• Ensure seamless integration of cloud HR components with existing enterprise systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a comparable HCM role.
• Proven track record implementing SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Recruiting, Learning and Performance Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based HR suites and enterprise system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
