Search Engine Optimization Specialist (SEO)

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to drive organic growth across client accounts. You will work closely with our SEM Specialist and Director to align paid and organic search strategies, ensuring improved visibility, rankings, and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and link‑building initiatives.
• Conduct competitive audits and WIT test reviews to identify opportunities.
• Analyze large volumes of ranking and traffic data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with SEM, Creative, Social, and Analytics teams.
• Maintain SEO plugins and tools within WordPress sites.
• Participate in and review all internal training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn and share knowledge.

• SEMrush / Ahrefs
• Keyword research and data‑mining tools
• Competitive audit and WIT test review experience
• WordPress and SEO plugins
• Basic HTML
• Familiarity with Web 20 Ranker
