Search Strategist (AI & SEO) – Remote Part‑Time (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Search Strategist specialized in AI and SEO to support our US‑based client. The role is fully remote, part‑time (20 hours/week) and open to candidates located in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage SEO and AEO strategies for B2B clients using data from GSC, GA4, crawl data and other sources.
• Run 90‑day SEO/AEO cycles, coordinating specialists, contractors and Account Managers.
• Identify and prioritize technical issues, working with developers to implement and validate improvements.
• Monitor performance, prepare reporting and track progress against client objectives.
• Present recommendations and own SEO/AEO strategy across a portfolio of approximately 11 B2B accounts.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken English.
• 3‑5 years of B2B SEO experience, including technical and on‑page SEO, keyword research and AI Overviews/AEO.
• Every‑day use of Claude Code and other AI agents.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, GSC, Bing Webmaster and HubSpot attribution.
• Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
