Secondary Science Teacher

About the role

Cambridge College Lima, part of Inspired Education, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Secondary Science Teacher. You will deliver engaging Biology, Chemistry and Physics lessons to secondary students, fostering scientific inquiry and practical laboratory skills in a dynamic, internationally‑minded environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well‑structured Science lessons, including practical laboratory work, aligned with the school curriculum.
• Develop and assess student understanding across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
• Promote scientific enquiry, critical thinking and safe laboratory practices.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve academic goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning and contribute to school initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and proven experience teaching secondary Science.
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
• Student‑centred approach with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
