Senior Amazon Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow our clients' Amazon Seller Central accounts. You will be the strategic point of contact, driving performance across sales, visibility, and profitability on the Amazon marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day management and overall performance of assigned Amazon accounts.
• Monitor key metrics such as sales, profit, conversion rate, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS and account health.
• Optimize product listings – titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations and A+ Content.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility and organic growth.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, working with specialists or managing them directly when needed.
• Analyse Business Reports, Brand Analytics and advertising data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, FBA performance and restocking to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Address account health issues, listing suppressions, policy violations and stranded inventory proactively.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and other marketplace initiatives.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of driving marketplace growth and improving account health.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret Amazon data and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to interact directly with clients and internal teams.
• Self‑starter attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement.
