Senior Business Analyst - Finance & Supply Chain

About the role

Coforge is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Finance & Supply Chain) to work remotely, with locations listed as Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia and Mexico. The role covers finance and supply chain business areas and focuses on translating business objectives into functional requirements and supporting ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and turn them into functional requirements.
• Analyse business processes, identify transformation opportunities and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows and user stories.
• Support solution design and work with development, testing and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive UAT, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, deployment and post-production support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of finance business processes and experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in cross-functional transformation programs and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.

Required skills

• Business analysis, requirements management, process mapping and gap analysis.
• Functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Preferred: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R) or Order-to-Cash (O2C), and exposure to testing, data migration and ERP transformation programs.
