Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

This is a remote, project‑based freelance position focused on designing consulting‑style learning environments for advanced AI systems. You will work independently to translate real‑world strategy consulting engagements into structured tasks that train and evaluate large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
