Senior Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS Sales

About the role

Sovos is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue by selling its tax compliance SaaS solutions to large financial services and insurance organisations. You will own the full sales cycle in an assigned territory, from prospecting to closing, and build a high‑performance record in enterprise sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: target top prospects, deliver product demos, negotiate and close deals.
• Sell Sovos SaaS‑based products and services to net‑new accounts in the Financial Services and Insurance verticals.
• Maintain a balanced pipeline and accurate records in Salesforce.com.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to prioritize opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles (>$100K) and engage senior executives.
• Ensure ethical conduct and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of corporate selling experience, with proven success in large Financial Services organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience working with Salesforce and selling SaaS‑based or outsourced services preferred.
• Strong prospecting, targeting and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
