Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Turbo AI is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help turn visionary ideas into custom applications. You will work remotely with a LATAM‑based team, building AI‑enhanced tools and client‑facing software that scales quickly and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement internal AI tools to improve development processes.
• Create and maintain REST APIs using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Develop front‑end components with JavaScript, React and Next.js.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Build secure, robust, and scalable solutions using Docker, Docker Compose and Terraform.
• Collaborate with product, design and other engineering teams to meet ambitious goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with React (Next.js a plus).
• 3+ years of backend development using Python and Django REST.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Docker Compose and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform).
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong testing mindset with unit and integration testing experience.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for collaborative development.
• Curious, self‑motivated learner with natural leadership qualities.
