Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (PHP/Laravel) – Remote LATAM

About the role

Join DaCodes as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer supporting a healthcare technology client. This remote, near‑shore position serves LATAM professionals who can work during Central or Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following object‑oriented principles.
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering team in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development across the stack.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Learn and work with PHP/Laravel as needed.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design.
• Experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Advanced English communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Availability to work during Central or Pacific Time Zone business hours.
• Willingness to commit to a 4‑6 month contract.
