Senior International Business Development Professional

About the role

DUNKELBERG architecture is seeking a Senior International Business Development Professional to lead the expansion of its client base and project portfolio across Latin America, Florida, and Spain. Based on‑site in Peru, this part‑time position will focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with developers, investors and construction firms, and guiding the full business development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and opportunity analysis for target regions.
• Develop tailored proposals, presentations and pitch materials.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors and construction partners.
• Coordinate with design, project management and finance teams to align service offerings with client needs.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and report performance metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international business development, sales or client acquisition within the construction or architecture sector.
• Strong relationship‑management, negotiation and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Understanding of construction and real‑estate markets in Latin America, Florida and Spain, including basic regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site part‑time while maintaining high professionalism and integrity.

Required skills

• Fluency in Spanish and strong working proficiency in English.
