Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – Peru

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support and enhance the Peru payroll solution. The role involves handling enhancement requests, ensuring compliance, providing production support and driving continuous improvement for the payroll landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll enhancement and maintenance activities for the Peru payroll system.
• Analyze and document business requirements and configure payroll changes.
• Perform impact assessments for regulatory and business‑driven changes.
• Review payroll calculations, validation results and conduct audits.
• Collaborate with integration, technical and payroll operations teams.
• Investigate defects, perform root‑cause analysis and support testing and deployment.
• Maintain solution documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Payroll, with strong focus on Peru payroll.
• Proven expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage‑type configuration and payroll posting.
• Experience with retro calculations, absence and leave impacts, and statutory payroll processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and perform payroll reconciliation.
