Senior Software Engineer (Full‑Stack)

About the role

OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its fast‑growing telehealth platform. You will work on a modern full‑stack stack, delivering production‑ready code that is self‑documenting, observable and cost‑efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end features from concept through deployment.
• Own a complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring and post‑launch support.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less‑experienced engineers across the stack.
• Identify and refactor systematic issues across multiple stacks to improve reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve incidents and continuously improve the platform.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3–4 years working with AWS IaaS and AWS CDK for infrastructure deployment.
• Strong command of English (C1/C2) and ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Experience with payment integrations (e.g., Stripe, Mercado Pago) and familiarity with health‑tech tools such as Zoho or Healthie is a plus.
