Senior Specialist, Market Access HEOR – Peru

About the role

The role focuses on leading health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) activities for Peru (and Chile) to demonstrate the value of innovative products to payers, providers and regulators. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape market access strategies and support reimbursement decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead health economic modelling (cost‑effectiveness, budget impact) to demonstrate product value to payers and regulators.
• Develop and enhance product value propositions by integrating evidence gaps, HEOR analysis and HTA trends.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide scientific evidence, economic models and published data aligned with payer requirements.
• Design and implement access strategies, including managed entry agreements and innovative payer contracts.
• Provide training to cross‑functional teams on using scientific evidence in stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure scientific quality of deliverables and support HTA collaborations with industry associations.
• Develop evidence‑based policy documents to support cross‑functional engagement with decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in HEOR, HTA or market access in Peru or Chile.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
• At least one year experience in the public sector to avoid conflicts of interest.
• University degree in Health Science, Economics, Health Economics, Epidemiology or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, reading).
