Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

MEDLIFE is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from opening a role to ensuring new‑hire success. You will lead both inbound and outbound sourcing, strengthen our employer brand across Lima’s universities and the wider Latam region, and help shape the future of our Talent Acquisition function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment using Boolean and X‑ray search techniques, passive‑talent outreach, and multi‑platform sourcing beyond LinkedIn.
• Represent MEDLIFE at job fairs, university partnerships, and online recruitment events throughout Lima and Latin America.
• Design objective, multi‑stage interview evaluations and monitor new‑hire performance during the first 90 days.
• Apply data‑driven methods to workforce forecasting, role matching, and recruiting‑metrics reporting.
• Evaluate and evolve the ATS and recruiting tech stack, incorporating generative AI for sourcing, screening, and reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Development leadership to expand MEDLIFE’s Talent Acquisition capabilities.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including outbound sourcing.
• Proven ability to use data for role matching, forecasting, and metric reporting.
• Experience presenting at job fairs or university recruitment events.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI and emerging recruiting technologies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
