SEO Manager – Growth & Performance (WordPress Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performance SEO Manager to own and scale organic growth across multiple brands. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, tying SEO activity directly to revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organic growth roadmap across all brands and lead SEO specialists, content writers, and technical support.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, optimize WordPress pages, improve internal linking architecture, and implement structured data.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions and align SEO with paid media and partnership initiatives to maximize ROI.

Required profile

• 3+ years executing SEO in a growth‑focused environment with proven ROI.
• Strong WordPress experience and ability to mentor a small SEO team.
• Data‑driven, comfortable challenging ineffective tactics and scaling SEO channels.
