SEO Manager – Remote (Latin America & South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead the SEO department of a digital marketing agency that serves dental and healthcare clients. The role is fully remote, focusing on driving organic growth through comprehensive SEO strategies and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SEO professionals, including two offshore assistants.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies covering Technical SEO, On‑Page SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and AI‑driven search optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, web development, and client success teams to implement best practices.
• Monitor organic performance, analyze data, and refine tactics to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare client reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Enhance SEO workflows, quality assurance processes, and documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry standards.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring remote/offshore SEO teams.
• Strong background in Technical SEO, On‑Page SEO, Local SEO, and AI search optimization.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency, preferably serving U.S. clients.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare or dental niche.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Salary: USD 1,700 – 2,200 per month, plus performance bonuses.
