SEO & Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to own our search engine visibility and paid advertising efforts. You will work remotely, driving lead generation, improving organic rankings, and managing profitable campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and on‑page SEO elements.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI, providing regular reports.
• Test ad copy, audience segments, and landing page variations.
• Track results using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to increase lead generation and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering measurable SEO results.
• Strong track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on‑page SEO, and link‑building.
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
