ServiceNow Architect (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to design and govern enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions for our global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on aligning technical architecture with business objectives while ensuring platform stability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design enterprise‑wide ServiceNow instance strategies and architectural roadmaps.
• Define and implement robust integration patterns between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Establish platform governance frameworks to maintain system health and long‑term stability.
• Optimize ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and performance.
• Apply ITIL best practices to standardize and mature service management processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, platform design, or IT infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise ServiceNow architecture and instance strategies.
• Strong knowledge of complex ServiceNow integration patterns and platform governance.
• Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and performance optimization within ServiceNow.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and system administration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
