ServiceNow Product Manager

About the role

10Pearls is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery across its enterprise platform ecosystem. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and senior leadership, turning complex operational needs into high‑impact digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evangelize a unified product roadmap for multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HR Onboarding, ITOM AIOps).
• Lead change‑management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new platform capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives, negotiate delivery trade‑offs, and maintain transparency on product commitments.
• Conduct early‑stage discovery, partner with UX/UI teams, and run pilot experiments to validate solutions.
• Drive Agile planning, continuously prioritize the backlog, and manage cross‑team dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on architecture, integrations, and occasional minor HTML/CSS tweaks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, covering multiple modules.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, design, and Agile delivery processes.
