Social Media Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to work remotely and support our Marketing Lead in executing the brand’s social media strategy. You will plan, create and schedule content, write copy that matches our voice, and engage with our community across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead on strategy, channel priorities and content planning for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Propose fresh content ideas, formats and campaign angles based on trends and audience insights.
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with key dates and campaigns.
• Write and adapt copy for posts and captions, using AI tools to speed drafting and ideation.
• Schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools.
• Monitor community interactions and stay close to followers across channels.
• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and turn data into insights for future content.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure visuals match copy and campaign goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media channels for a brand or organization.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation.
• Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
• Understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret performance data.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
