Software Engineer – Redis (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer specialized in Redis to design and deliver high‑performance caching and real‑time data solutions for our global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on building scalable in‑memory architectures that meet sub‑millisecond latency requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable caching strategies and real‑time data architectures using Redis.
• Develop and optimise complex data structures and Lua scripts to improve application performance and ensure atomic operations.
• Manage, monitor and tune Redis clusters for high availability, efficient memory usage and data persistence.
• Implement event‑driven messaging systems with Redis Pub/Sub and streaming capabilities.
• Collaborate with backend engineering teams to integrate Redis into distributed microservices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in software or database engineering.
• Proven expertise in architecting and managing caching and real‑time data solutions with Redis.
• Strong knowledge of Redis data structures, Pub/Sub mechanisms and Lua scripting.
• Hands‑on experience with Redis cluster mode and high‑availability configurations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
