Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to analyse and leverage its pool of vetted IT candidates. The consultant will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales, and the broader Talent Acquisition team, ensuring timely placement of talent on high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, select and present qualified candidates to fill open IT positions within agreed deadlines.
• Review, filter and maintain the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Keep job openings up‑to‑date and clean any outdated information.
• Coordinate communication with clients, Client Services and Sales to align expectations and deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
