Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ex‑MBB strategy consultant to help design and evaluate AI‑driven consulting simulations. Working remotely, you will translate real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments that train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete, task‑based consulting exercises for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, and growth strategy.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation teams to ensure alignment between consulting content and technical implementation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
