Talent Search & Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Placement International is seeking a Talent Search & Development Manager to act as the bridge between luxury hospitality properties and top‑tier candidates. You will assess hiring needs, match talent, and coach applicants through mock interviews, ensuring successful placements across hotels, resorts and restaurants worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners in the luxury hospitality market.
• Conduct property calls to understand specific hiring needs and corporate cultures of 5‑star hotels and Michelin‑starred resorts.
• Manage a large talent pool, matching candidates to openings and coordinating recruitment events with global offices.
• Provide mentorship and mock interview sessions to prepare candidates for placement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in 4‑5 star hotel operations; managerial experience in luxury hotels or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle high recruitment volumes.
