Telesales Representative – Outbound & Inbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to drive revenue through both outbound and inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer‑focused, and comfortable handling objections while closing sales over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product benefits clearly and confidently.
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound or inside sales.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone and handle objections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Professional, proactive, persistent attitude.
