Travel Advisor – Peru (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Travel Advisor who will design boutique 3‑ to 5‑star experiences for travelers interested in Peru (and optionally the Galápagos and Uyuni). Working remotely with a flexible schedule, you will help clients move beyond generic itineraries to truly connect with the destination.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the planning process.
• Create customized, high‑quality itineraries that reflect the client’s interests and budget.
• Collaborate with a growth‑oriented team to share knowledge and improve service quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date expertise on Peru’s attractions, accommodations, and travel logistics.
• Communicate recommendations with clarity and a human touch.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Peru as a travel destination for 3‑ to 5‑star travelers (experience with Galápagos and Uyuni is a plus).
• Curiosity, ambition and a desire to grow within a culture built on trust and purpose.
• Comfort working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to research and synthesize travel information quickly.
