Treasury Analyst (Remote, Fintech & Crypto)

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. This remote position will support global treasury operations, ensuring smooth multi‑currency cash flows and compliance with international accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positioning using the Treasury Management System and monitor global liquidity.
• Reconcile all cash‑related accounts, including bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash in transit.
• Perform full bank account reconciliations and provide reports for the monthly close.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international banking partners.
• Oversee fund disbursements and ensure compliance with internal procedures and International Accounting Standards.
• Maintain rolling cash forecasts (daily, 13‑week, 26‑week) to support working capital planning.
• Produce ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilization, variances, and recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with the financial code of conduct and investigate irregular transactions.

Required profile

• Seasoned finance professional with extensive treasury experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven track record managing multi‑currency cash flows across international markets.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and regulatory compliance.
