Young Professional – IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This remote position offers an entry‑level opportunity to support full‑cycle recruitment for technology roles across a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting vacancies to coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
