Young Professional – IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join INDI as a Young Professional IT Recruiter and start your career in talent acquisition for a global tech environment. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing expertise, and collaborate with experienced recruiters and hiring teams while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level of English.
