Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its Learning & Development team. Working remotely, you will help design, coordinate, and improve training initiatives that support a global tech workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and logistics for workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
• Support the creation of training materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Gather and analyse participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to evaluate program impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in talent development, instructional design, or training.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
