Account Manager – Campaign Executive

About the role

LeadHaste is scaling rapidly after generating over $3.5M in pipeline for B2B clients worldwide. We are looking for an Account Manager who will also act as a Campaign Executive, driving client success by managing campaigns, delivering performance insights, and nurturing strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all active client campaigns, track performance, deliverability, and results, and provide proactive reports and updates.
• Develop fresh copy ideas, messaging angles, and strategic recommendations to continuously improve outcomes.
• Own the end‑to‑end client onboarding process, coordinating timelines, deadlines, and setup tasks.
• Collaborate with the GTM team to flag new lead needs, troubleshoot issues, and refresh campaigns as required.
• Build deep, trust‑based client relationships that encourage long‑term retention and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic thinker who can spot patterns, connect the dots, and propose actionable ideas.
• Strong understanding of B2B outbound and cold‑email processes.
• Excellent written communication with clear, punchy, conversion‑focused copywriting.
• Comfortable using AI tools and emerging platforms, with a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; clients feel positive after every interaction.
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of juggling multiple campaigns without oversight.
